7th Grade - finish reading the story "The Wall" and write 1/4 - 1/2 page about the motivations of the painter lady. What did you think her motivation was at the start of the story? How did your understanding of her motivation change by the end of the story? Due Monday after break, or tomorrow, if you want to turn it in early.
8th Grade - Continue discussion of Declaration of Independence. What is it that Makes American law and culture what it is, and why did we develop those notions of fairness anyway? It's all there in the declaration's reasons for rebellion that they sent to the King.
10th Grade - We discussed the Commercials that students will be doing. The guidelines are as follows:

You are going to create a product and market it to your
classmates. This can be serious, or a
funny item. Just keep it clean. Your presentation should be 2-4 Minutes Long
total. You will need to find a box (no
larger than a shoe box, please).

*Your box should be bold and beautiful, full of color and
wonder
*You will need to enlist the help of your friends for

jingle to go with your product.
*Everyone will do their own product, but I expect you to
help each other out.
